* You will document processes using BPMN and diagrams, creating clarity and sustainability in complex operational environments
* You will be involved in Agile ceremonies, giving you continuous visibility on priorities, progress, and delivery decisions
* You will support change management initiatives, helping teams and users adopt new tools and processes effectively
* You will monitor Digital Banking trends, keeping your work aligned with market evolution and innovation
* You will support solution deployments, ensuring that design intentions are effectively translated into production reality
