You'll be part of a growing team building high-efficiency, high-power systems used in real industrial applications.If you're passionate aboutmagnetics,switch-mode converters, and seeing your work go from schematic to certified product, this role gives you the platform to do exactly that.What You'll Be Working On:Development of high-power circuits (10kW+) for AC/DC, DC/DC, and related converter technologiesDesigning with transformers, inductors, high-frequency switching elements, and power semiconductorsFull product lifecycle involvement: from concept, simulation, layout through to testing and validationSimulation and performance testing using tools like PLECS.Collaborating with in-house mechanical, embedded, and test teams — with a hands-on lab environment availableSupporting EMC, thermal, and safety considerations during development and prototypingYour Background:Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar5+ years of practical experience in power electronics hardware developmentKnowledge of analog and digital circuit design, especially in high-power environmentsFamiliar with PCB layout workflows (ideally using Siemens Expedition, Altium, or similar)Able to simulate, test, and refine high-power systems based on real-world constraintsGerman (B2+) preferred; strong English and willingness to learn also acceptedYou Might Also Bring:Experience with Siemens HyperLynx or advanced simulation toolsBackground in automotive power systems, battery inverters, industrial automation, or renewable energyInterest in hands-on lab testing, thermal modelling, or EMI optimisation
