What we offer In this position you plan, direct and coordinate all manufacturing, distribution and logistics activities in the Electrolysis and Reformer Unit (P2) in Brunsbüttel to produce and supply products of high quality at competitive costs by strict adherence to relevant safety and legal regulations. You also manage operatively the supply from two different extermal suppliers. Manufacturing includes HCl-Elektrolysis and CO production. Logistics includes loading and unloading facilities for Liquid HCl and chlorine as well as coke handling. Distribution consists of pipeline networks to supply internal and external customers in the Chemical Park liquid HCl. In addition to our wide range of benefits, you can expect an attractive starting salary of between 131.600 € gross/ year and €164.500 € gross/ year plus a variable component for full-time employment. The starting salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience Your main responsibilities Manufacture and distribute products safely, cost-effectively, on time and to specification in accordance with standard operating procedures Process and plant safety, employee health and safety, quality and plant emergency operations External and Internal regulatory compliance, incl. environmental aspects of the plant Safe technical functioning of production facilities in cooperation with Asset & Reliablility Management, Maintenance Management and Process Technology Organization and personnel management including target setting, maintaining an active feedback culture, planning, staffing, training, people development and sustaining a talent pipeline Manage cost centers and resources required for safe and efficient operation Planning and execution of production and shutdowns together with Supply chain and production management, Logistics, customers and raw material suppliers according to the demand and supply situation and actively participate in communication, with main interfaces and with internal and external customers Identify and develop projects related to cost saving, performance improvement and growth; responsible for commissioning and startup after mechanical completion.
