Wir suchen eine erfahrene Praxisanleitung, die unsere Auszubildenden und Praktikanten in der Pflege qualifiziert. Als wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Teams wird Sie im Seniorenheim St. tätig sein.
Hauptaufgaben:
* Durchführung der Praxisanleitung und Betreuung von Auszubildenden und Praktikanten in der Pflege
Anforderungen:
1. abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Pflegefachfrau bzw. Pflegefachmann Fortbildungen nach Bedarf Vorteile : Come and support our experienced team of nurses to implement a quality-focused approach for the elderly care services at your work environment with us! You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding young professionals working within our healthcare department as well as organizing their practical training which includes direct supervision on patient’s treatment protocols during day time shifts Monday through Friday (non rotating). We expect someone who has had some years worth experience before taking up this job position .
