1. Oversee the complete lifecycle management of lithography module equipment, including technical assessment, selection, introduction, phase-in, hook-up, tuning, and maintenance
2. Develop and manage a team dedicated to lithography module equipment, fostering growth and enhancing the team’s technological edge in equipment technology
3. Provide insights into technology trends and planning for relevant manufacturing equipment, ensuring alignment with industry advancements and preparing for key technological developments
4. Manage equipment upgrades, modifications, and alternative sourcing to improve efficiency, stability, and throughput, while addressing critical technology challenges
Qualifications:
5. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related
6. More than 12 years of experience in semiconductor lithography equipment introduction or development. Experience in SiC and silicon product introduction or production is preferred
7. Proven success in mass production within leading industry factories is highly advantageous.
8. Strong knowledge of 8-inch and 12-inch PR coaters, lithography machines, and developing machines
9. Proficient with lithography equipment from leading industry suppliers
10. Ability to independently manage equipment transformation and improvements, troubleshoot and resolve machine and product issues
11. Experience in training new employees, leading teams, and managing daily technological tasks is preferred
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German and/or Chinese is a plus
