Role Summary
As Senior Sales Manager – MicroLED Display, you will spearhead business development efforts in Europe, focusing on MicroLED display and signage solutions. Your key responsibilities will include strategic sales leadership, account development, project ownership, and market expansion. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a hands-on commercial approach, and the ability to operate independently in a global, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the EU LED display and signage supply chain ecosystem.
2. Key Account Management: Lead relationship management with both existing and new customers. Act as a trusted advisor and key communication channel for clients across Europe.
3. Project & Opportunity Ownership: Manage sales forecasts, project pipelines, and customer requests, ensuring timely delivery and operational alignment.
4. Technology & Product Promotion: Deliver compelling presentations to customers showcasing the company’s innovative MicroLED portfolio and unique value proposition.
5. New Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers, generate demand, and lead end-to-end sales project cycles for MicroLED applications.
6. Market Intelligence & VOC Analysis: Collect and consolidate Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and competitive intelligence to support product development and market positioning.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in LED display and signage sales or project development in the European market.
2. Deep understanding of the EU LED display & signage supply chain and customer landscape.
3. Strong technical and commercial competence in display technologies, especially MicroLED.
4. Proven experience in developing customer accounts and managing long sales cycles.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
7. Cross-cultural awareness and a collaborative mindset for working with global HQ teams.
8. Self-driven, strategic thinker, able to operate with limited supervision.
9. Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
