Responsibilities
1. Personnel planning and support of hiring processes
2. Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR-related issues
3. Preparation of employment contracts
4. Maintaining and managing personnel files and internal systems
5. Implementation of individual personnel measures
6. Supervision of appraisal processes
7. Satisfaction analysis
8. Revision and creation of internal rules
9. Communicating with the HR departments within our European corporate structure
10. Participation in the digitalisation of internal work processes
Profile
11. Successfully completed degree in personnel management or commercial training with experience in personnel management
12. Sound knowledge in the areas of labour, collective bargaining, social security and tax law
13. Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
14. Excellent conflict management and very good communication skills
15. Self-confident demeanour
16. A high degree of independence, initiative and commitment
17. Quick comprehension skills as well as a proactive, structured and goal-orientated way of working
18. Enjoy working in a diverse and international team
19. Team spirit and reliability
20. Very good MS Office user skills
21. Willingness to travel (up to approx. 10%)
