As a Customer Service & Sales Officer, you will be a key driver in our German-market operations. This role is designed for a target-driven individual who can blend high-level customer support with the ability to convert inquiries into successful loan and card applications. You’ll be working in a fast-paced Fintech environment where your sales experience will directly impact the bank's growth.
Your Responsibilities
* Sales & Conversion: Actively engage with German-speaking leads to guide them through the loan application process and promote our card products.
* Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and SMS, providing solutions that balance customer needs with business goals.
* Onboarding & Verification: Manage the customer journey from the first click to final verification, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
* Portfolio Growth: Collaborate with the Payments and Collections teams to ensure customer retention and high satisfaction levels.
* Market Insight: Use your sales expertise to identify customer pain points and suggest improvements to our product offerings.
Requirements
* Language: Native or C1 level fluency in German (essential) and a professional command of English.
* Sales Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment (e.g., Telesales, Business Development, or Commission-based Retail).
* Financial Literacy: Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
* Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and experience with CRM systems.
* Work Authorization: You must hold an EU Passport or currently have the legal right to work in Malta.
