1. Set up of new ESG unit in the international commercial business of HDI Global SE
2. Implementation of new ESG products
3. Hiring of new staff
4. Roll-out of products globally
5. Deliver to agreed business plan
6. Liaison with the Board on progress
7. Expand scope and scale of new unit
Your profile:
8. Experienced professional in the international commercial insurance business
9. Background in Environmental Liability Underwriting
10. Experience in developing new products
11. Leadership experience in a diverse workplace
12. Self-starter able to work against challenging deadlines
13. Flexible & creative
14. Willing to learn and get involved
