In 2018, the German subsidiary Hanshow Germany GmbH was founded in the Düsseldorf’s Oberkassel area. To match the rapid growth of our business in Europe, we are actively recruiting for Senior Key Account Manager.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Execute the company’s strategic sales plans to ensure achievement of defined sales targets.
* Continuously identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies in response to evolving customer needs and market dynamics.
* Track and analyze key sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
* Conduct regular client meetings to ensure transparent communication, strengthen relationships, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales, project management, technical support, marketing) to develop customized commercial proposals that meet specific client requirements.
* Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ranging from mid-level management to C-level executives.
* Manage the full lifecycle of key accounts, including client acquisition, contract negotiation, after-sales support, and renewal strategy.
* Stay attuned to customer expectations and industry trends, and proactively provide feedback to help refine products and services.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to strengthen brand visibility and gather market intelligence.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Telecommunications or Networking, knowledge of wireless communication is a strong asset.
* Solid experience in selling technical solutions, ideally within the retail industry.
* Minimum 5-8 years with a proven experience in key account management and sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong relationship-building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders from store-level personnel to C-level executives.
* Sharp business acumen with the ability to identify issues and anticipate shifts in market trends, technology, and consumer behavior.
* Able to efficiently manage multiple projects in parallel, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
* Fluent in English and German.

Add-value skills:

* knowledges of Linux operating / Database (MySQL) and Java-like language
