Kelvion – Together, We Shape the Future Provide technical support to internal Sales and Service colleagues for service-related inquiries and customer requirement. Prepare service quotations based on customer specifications, product conditons, and application needs. Act as a technical point of contact for external partners and end-customers to clarify requirements and propose solutions. Align internally with Product, Management, Engineering, Planning and other relevant departmenst on lead times, availability and technical feasibility. Ensure timely and accurate handling of requests, contributing to high customer satisfaction and commercial success. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio, serice solutions and related technical documentation. Support continuous improvement of quotation tools, templates and internal processes. Completed technical or commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, industrial clerk). At least 5-7 years of professional experience in technical sales/support, customer service or a similar position in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Technical understanding of plate heat exchangers and service requirements would be an advantage Strong communication skills in cross-departmental collaboration and in working with customers. Structured and detail-oriented approach to work with a practical mindset. Confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.
