TH Daniels has partnered with a leading provider of Water Treatment equipment, and we are excited to lead their search for a Head of Sales - Water Treatment - Germany.
This is a critical position within the business, responsible for leading a team of sales managers based in Germany, with ownership of managing existing revenue and driving new growth across Water Treatment.
To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Candidates must be based in Germany and able to work without restrictions.
* Educated with a Mechanical Engineering or related degree discipline. An MBA is advantageous.
* Experience within Disinfection or Dosing Technologies in the Water & Wastewater industries.
* Minimum 10 years of sales experience within Water Treatment, with a proven ability to lead a sales team.
* Proven experience in leading and executing business and commercial plans with demonstrable achievements in delivering growth.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
* Ownership of all sales, key accounts, and channel partners within Germany for Water Treatment contracts.
* Ownership of the Sales Revenue Target, with responsibility for developing and executing strategic sales plans.
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the market to increase sales revenue.
* Lead a team of sales managers, manage existing channel partners, and identify opportunities for new channel partnerships to expand market share and coverage.
* Become a subject-matter expert for the product portfolio and service offerings to support business development and partners in the region.
* Report to the MD of Germany.
