Your Contribution
As a Foundry Engineer – Global Process Expert (m/f/d), you will take global responsibility for the strategic management and continuous optimization of the foundry production process.
* Strategic responsibility for all technical aspects of in-house processes across global plants
* Development, maintenance, and further enhancement of global process standards and guidelines
* Preparation and updating of process documentation and ensuring international implementation
* Leading process reviews and consistently following up on improvement measures
* Analyzing complex quality deviations and deriving sustainable solutions
* Strategic development and management of supplier relationships and building a high-performing supplier portfolio
* Ensuring technological advancement in collaboration with external partners
* Leading cross-functional projects for process optimization and standardization
Your Experience and Qualifications
* Degree in metallurgy or foundry science
* Extensive experience in process and production technology within foundry engineering
* Proven expertise in managing complex projects and working with international stakeholders
* Solid knowledge of process analysis, quality management, and global standardization
* Strong ability to understand complex technical contexts and develop practical solutions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as decisiveness in challenging situations
* Proficient in MS Office and basic database applications
* Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis and work in dynamic environments
