Marketing Coordinator Export (m/w/d)
YOUR TASKS: PASSION UNITES US!
1. Management of the marketing activities for several focus countries
2. Marketing budget planning & tracking
3. Coordination of agencies (Public Relations, Social Media, Media agencies, etc.)
4. Conception and analysis of sell-in & sell-out promotions and product bundles
5. Support for B2B trade fairs in focus countries
6. Planning and execution of target group-orientated customer communication and contribution to the regular newsletter
7. Active coordination and support of strategic market launches (e.g. product, customer, etc.)
8. Conception of information material (brochures, flyers, digital information materials)
9. Organization & participation in events such as MotoGP, WSBK, Goodwood Revival, etc.
10. Management of the POSM portfolio (forecast, tracking, catalogues, etc.) for all export markets belonging to MOTUL Deutschland GmbH in coordination with local Marketing Satellites and Sales functions
11. Coordination of digital tools (such as Digital Marketing Platform, etc.) and design of digital touchpoints (B2B/B2C landing pages)
12. Close cooperation with the various sales functions of the export regions, as well as other departments (including Procurement, Customer Service, Technical and Logistics)
Profile
YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!
13. Degree in business administration, marketing or similar. Alternatively: training in wholesale, marketing or similar.
14. Several years of international experience in the B2B trading environment, ideally in the automotive aftermarket. Additional experience in the B2C trading environment is desirable.
15. Very good communication and organizational skills.
16. Team player with the necessary assertiveness and strong ownership
17. Very good knowledge of the MS Office and project management tools (such as Asana)
18. Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP is helpful
19. English main language for the job: written & spoken / German written & spoken would be helpful
20. Traveling within Europe is part of the role
