Responsibilities:

 * Identify, engage, and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers in large retail and FMCG/CPG organisations across Europe.
 * Lead and manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through to contract negotiation and deal closing, focusing on multi-million-pound ARR opportunities.
 * Partner closely with internal teams—including marketing, product, and delivery—to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and showcase SymphonyAI Retail's unique value proposition.
 * Develop and execute account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve/exceed sales targets.
 * Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic sales approaches.
 * Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Europe to strengthen SymphonyAI Retail's market presence and expand your professional network.
 * Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to senior leadership.
 * Champion SymphonyAI Retail's vision, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects.

Requirements:

 * Minimum 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in the retail sector, with a significant focus on FMCG/CPG clients.
 * Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-million-pound ARR deals across Europe, ideally within SaaS, data, or AI-driven products.
 * Proven ability to operate at C-suite level, navigate complex decision-making units, and execute consultative sales processes.
 * Deep understanding of the retail and FMCG/CPG landscape, trends, and challenges.
 * Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (other European languages a plus).
 * Strong drive to meet and exceed ambitious sales objectives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
 * Willingness to travel across Europe as required for client meetings, events, and internal collaboration.
