Your Mission
Join
Florian,
our Director of Business Development in
Germany,
and seize the
rare opportunity to be part of the launch of Kali's very first international office,
opening in Germany in
September 2025 (permanent contract or V.I.E).
As a pioneer of our European expansion, you'll be at the forefront of this
strategic adventure
: opening a new market, building your own Business Unit from the ground up, shaping our local presence, and recruiting and leading a high-performing team of engineering consultants to deliver impactful industrial projects.
Your Responsibilities
* Identify and develop a client portfolio while building long-term partnerships to drive BU growth
* Recruit and lead a team of highly qualified engineering consultants
* Manage your team and oversee the BU's day-to-day operations
* Take ownership of the BU's financial and HR performance
* Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve your targets

* Master's degree from a top business or engineering school
* Fluent in
German and English

* Eagerness to develop an intrapreneurial project within a tight-knit and ambitious team
