Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) is an international real estate investment manager with expertise in the equity and debt sectors, is a global platform with 330+ employees across 15 offices, and holds assets totalling EUR 26.2 billion as of December 2025. Savills IM offers comprehensive asset and fund management services in the form of individual mandates and fund solutions for a broad spectrum of investors. Investment profiles range from core to value-add and include diversified, regional, and sector-specific strategies.
Our German team consists of 60+ employees working across the Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich offices who manage assets of around EUR 7 billion across 14 European countries on behalf of institutional investors.

Your responsibilities will include...
Support with the preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings
Preparation and coordination of sales documents
Review of sales and fund documents
Maintenance of data in Salesforce
Drafting of correspondence
Drafting and revision of templates
Support the Investor Relations Team with ongoing projects
We are looking for graduates who have…
Basic knowledge of the real estate industry
Interest in the field of real estate investment
User experience in Microsoft Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Flexible, responsible, independent, and careful in their work
Native Speaker German and advanced written and spoken English
Commitment to a long-term working student position (minimum 12 months) with availability of 2 days per week
