About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of GNSS and surveying product solutions across Germany. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong industry knowledge, an established network, and a passion for building long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for GNSS and surveying solutions across Germany
* Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and channel partners
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and local partners
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
* Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations and provide pre-sales support
* Achieve and exceed annual sales and growth targets
What Were Looking For
* German national, fluent in German and English
* 3–5 years of experience in surveying, GNSS, or construction equipment sales
* Established network within relevant industry circles
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
* Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently
