This transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, receipt of regulatory approvals, and country specific information and consultation needs where. Here, you will make an impact by: Professionally represent our company at channel partners and end users within a defined territory Efficiently manage the territory to drive sustainable growth Work closely with channel partners to develop and implement business plans, strategy and activities to increase product awareness and adoption for mutual growth Provide support, training and application knowledge to the channel partners in the usage of Solventum industrial filtration portfolio Ability to manage the complexities of varying routes to market for customers Work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders in a positive manner to demonstrate our core values Provide key market insights to business, marketing, portfolio and planning teams Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent through experience Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a technical environment Demonstrated effective use of selling skills and achieving / exceeding goals Client relationship management at executive level Experience in working with both Channel partners and direct end users Current, valid Driver’s License Fluency in German and English Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Strong IT skills, use of windows and associated applications, plus CRM Analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Highly self-motivated with a growth and open mindset Team player with a strong approach to collaborative working Work location: Remote within Germany Travel: May include up to 60% Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
