Role description
As an AI Technical Project Manager at Raisults, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced AI and full-stack software projects. You will play a key role in interfacing between technical teams and corporate clients, ensuring timely delivery of impactful AI solutions while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead AI solution design and development projects from inception through deployment.
● Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, software developers, and client stakeholders.
● Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
● Maintain customer relationships and manage expectations through proactive communication and reporting.
● Translate business requirements into technical specifications and action plans.
● Oversee full-stack software development, integration, and testing activities.
● Drive problem-solving efforts to overcome technical and operational challenges.
● Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Raisults’ AI delivery methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
● Proven experience in technical project management, in AI and software consultancy settings.
● Strong proficiency in full-stack software engineering (Frontend, Backend, APIs, Databases).
● Advanced knowledge in AI engineering including ML/DL, Generative AI, and autonomous agents.
● Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and deliver complex tech projects.
● Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
● Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented approach.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Preferred Qualifications
● Degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related technical field.
● Min. 3 years of work experience in AI engineering or SW engineering
● Familiarity with AI deployment in industries such as manufacturing, finance, logistics, or healthcare.
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps.
● Understanding of GDPR, AI ethics, and compliance requirements.
