As a hands-on Senior Technical Project Manager at Sensory Minds, you'll play a key role at the intersection of technology and strategy. Your job will be to understand complex system architectures and help shape the technical foundation of our projects. You’ll collaborate closely with our devs as well as with client stakeholders to translate business needs into digital solutions.
What will your job be?
* Act as a bridge between clients, developers and internal stakeholders
* Conduct requirement analyses and translate them into technical concepts
* Understand and communicate system architectures (e.g. including drawing tech diagrams)
* Identify and recommend the right tools, technologies and platforms for each project
* Coordinate with the devs and the client to ensure seamless integration and alignment
* Manage CMS, backend and serverless cloud solutions with a hands-on understanding
* Ensure security (WAF), observability (Grafana) and scalability are considered from the start
* Stay curious and passionate about emerging technologies and digital product development
* Be a "roll-up-your-sleeves" manager to ensure smooth rollouts, solving problems on the go rather than just overseeing from a distance ;)
