Your Mission
* As a Buyer for Beauty, you will take responsibility for purchasing third-party brands with a clear focus on meeting our customers' needs. You identify opportunities to achieve optimal performance through assortment, trends and brands.
* You are familiar with relevant KPIs and take charge of budget planning to continuously monitor and optimize departmental performance.
* You independently lead negotiation discussions with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms.
* You identify, prioritize, and acquire B2B customers in the beauty segment.
* Your focus is on building and maintaining sustainable business relationships.
* You manage and continuously develop existing suppliers.
* You collaborate closely with departments such as Business Development, Logistics, and Finance to ensure all activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Your Profile
* Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in international roles as a Beauty Buyer (third-party brands)
* Strong passion for beauty and purchasing, ideally with an established supplier network in the beauty industry
* Independent and team-oriented working style, with a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills
* Communicative personality with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and develop long-term business relationships
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Profund experience with Microsoft Excel
