Key Responsibilities Identify API requirements across different markets and insurance product types, and harmonization of local business needs Develop a digital strategy & roadmap, aiming at re-usability and cost effectiveness Stakeholder management Design of solutions in target systems, jointly with Architects, and development of training material to facilitate understanding of the solutions developed Lead the development in Agile, cross-functional teams, write epics, user stories (supported by Business Analysts) and prioritise the backlog Support technical discussions with Business Partners Bring to the Team Strong experience in a similar position with self-responsible and results-driven manner Flexibility to quickly become acquainted with new project tasks, content and assignments Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to design new solutions Strong interpersonal skills and experience in leading cross-functional and international teams Trained in Agile / Scrum framework, e xperienced in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MSOffice, Open APIs Highly motivated, dynamic and self-steering with f luency in business English Even if you don’t check all the boxes, we are happy to receive your CV.
