Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets.
2. Create resource plans for strategy implementation, including marketing and budgeting.
3. Collaborate with sales professionals, product development, implementation teams, and client support to meet market needs and grow the business.
Marketing and Distribution Development:
1. Increase market share in existing markets and explore new customer opportunities.
2. Develop opportunities through different channels and strengthen the nationwide sales network.
3. Establish key regional partnerships.
4. Maintain updated market reports and identify new opportunities.
5. Plan and execute marketing campaigns in cooperation with the marketing department.
6. Enhance the after-sales service system in collaboration with HQ's after-sales team.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of solid sales or business development experience in EU countries, preferably related to medicine or consumer electronics.
* Over 3 years of experience in a management role.
* Deep knowledge and experience in retail or distribution of medical equipment, baby products, or consumer electronics.
* A verifiable portfolio of personal achievements in business development.
