The Role Moose Toys is looking for an ambitious National Account Manager who will play an integral role in driving GSA sales of Moose brands, delivering results and seeking opportunities to exceed customer expectations. The candidate will remain curious and willing to experiment to stay ahead of trends, confidently using AI and digital tools to support smarter ways of working. They will build networks and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Experience & Qualifications 3+ years Account Manager experience in the German market German speaker with strong business-level proficiency in both written and spoken German and English High standard of IT skills to include Microsoft Office Experience within the toy industry, children’s consumer products or FMCG is desirable Previous experience of working on discount accounts or hypermarket accounts is highly desirable Ambitious trailblazer with an appetite for excellence and proven experience of driving sales, brands and products across the GSA market Curious and confident with new tech, using AI and digital tools to drive smarter, more effective sales Results driven; continuously seeking opportunities to exceed customer expectations Commercial and financial acumen, with proven experience of establishing sales strategies that increase sales performance Demonstrate resilience, grit and maintained focus through challenges Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaboratively. Creating win‑win, positive partnerships, inside and outside the organisation Present and communicate with impact.
