Your tasks
10. Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the quality management system within the plant, acting as a competent contact and advisor for the division and management.
11. Responsibility for the maintenance, continuous improvement and effectiveness of the management system as well as training and sensitization of employees and managers.
12. Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits (first and second party audits).
13. Creation and ongoing review and optimization of specification documents as well as advice and support for the specialist departments.
14. Ensuring the qualification and monitoring of supplier management.
15. Coordinating the processing of customer complaints.
Your profile
16. Successfully completed training or studies with a technical or scientific focus.
17. Additional qualification in quality management and sound knowledge of the relevant quality standards (ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016).
18. Several years of professional experience in quality management in a manufacturing company.
19. Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems as well as an affinity for digital tools.
20. Good written and spoken English.
21. Ability to work in a team, strong quality awareness and strong communication skills.
