You will support a defined client group of 250+ employees and actively shape organizational development and transformation initiatives in a globally connected, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic HR guidance and end-to-end support to Managers and employees within a defined Line of Business (250+ employees) across all HR topics.
2. Partner closely with EMEA HR Business Partner colleagues to design and implement business-relevant concepts and employee relations topics at scale.
3. Deliver sound advice on German Labor Law and HR processes to both management and employees.
4. Strategic advice and implementation of organizational change initiatives, including preparation and support of co-determination processes and execution of individual HR measures.
5. Lead and/or play a key role in global and regional HR initiatives with clear project ownership (Project Management).
6. Collaborate with the Works Council and lead negotiations on HR-related matters (. Works Agreements, Balance of Interests, Social Plans).
7. Advise on people and leadership development measures, full Performance Management Life Cycle incl. supporting Talent Review Boards.
8. Help shape a modern, AI-enabled HR organization aligned with a future-oriented workforce strategy.
Your Profile
9. Strong understanding and execution of the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG).
10. Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist—ideally in a dynamic matrix organization and international set-up.
11. Excellent conceptual, organizational and analytical skills.
12. Confident Stakeholder Management with proven strength in influencing and negotiation.
13. High level of ownership, resilience, and strong service/customer orientation.
14. Proven Track Record in Project Management and the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver against deadlines in a dynamic environment.
15. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
16. Affinity for HR IT systems and working in self-service environments.
17. Affinity and understanding for the practical use of AI in HR (., supporting HR processes, people analytics, knowledge management), including a safe and responsible approach to handling sensitive employee data.
