Role: The EMEA Channel Sales Manager strategically drives channel growth and revenue across the EMEA region. This involves defining and executing channel strategy, cultivating high-level distributor and partner relationships, and leading new reseller recruitment and enablement. This pivotal role optimizes channel programs and infrastructure to significantly boost channel sell-out and expand market share. Ultimately, this strategic leader ensures strong partner alignment and maximizes channel productivity, directly contributing to Getac's core business objectives throughout EMEA.


Key Responsibilities to include:


Strategic Channel Development & Alignment:

* Develop and continuously refine the EMEA channel strategy, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with Getac's overarching EMEA sales objectives and global business growth initiatives.
* Proactively identify emerging market trends, competitive landscapes, and partner ecosystem shifts to evolve the channel strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
* Optimize the EMEA distribution structure, ensuring it effectively supports both the historical reseller community and future growth initiatives.

Partner Ecosystem Leadership & Growth:

* Cultivate and strengthen high-level, strategic relationships with key EMEA Distributors and top-tier partners at both central and regional levels, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial ecosystem.
* Act as the ultimate advocate and primary strategic liaison between Getac and its channel partners, ensuring deep engagement, high satisfaction, and a shared commitment to long-term success.

Program & Infrastructure Ownership:

* Architect, lead, and deliver the EMEA Partner Program, ensuring its strategic alignment with regional business needs and flawless execution across all territories. This includes driving ongoing enhancements to maximize partner value and commitment.
* Oversee and optimize European distribution stock ordering and management processes to ensure efficient inventory flow and partner fulfilment, directly impacting sales velocity.

Performance, Enablement & Joint Business Planning:

* Drive joint strategic business planning sessions with top-tier channel partners, establishing clear goals, identifying growth opportunities, and developing comprehensive action plans to achieve shared revenue targets.
* Implement robust mechanisms for monitoring and reporting on channel partner performance, sales pipeline health, and forecast accuracy, providing strategic insights to regional sales leadership.
* Lead the development and delivery of advanced training and enablement programs for partners on new products, solutions, pricing models, and advanced sales methodologies, ensuring partners are fully equipped to represent Getac's offerings effectively.
* Collaborate with marketing team to execute high-impact partner marketing initiatives and demand generation activities that drive partner-led revenue.

Compliance & Market Presence:

* Ensure rigorous compliance with all partner agreements, pricing policies, and deal registration processes, maintaining the integrity of our channel programs.
* Represent Getac as a key spokesperson and thought leader at major trade shows, partner events, and industry forums across EMEA, enhancing our brand presence and fostering strategic connections.
* Conduct in-depth Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with EMEA channel partners, focusing on strategic performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the execution of agreed-upon actions to meet business objectives.
