You will join a well-established site with a strong team, as they embark on a journey to modernize and improve operations. We seek a fluent German speaker experienced in senior production leadership, enthusiastic about change management, and capable of guiding a workforce through periods of transition. This role offers a great opportunity to join a high-performing business with career progression potential to Factory Director.
Who will fit :

This is a fully site-based role in a relatively rural location, requiring proximity to the site. Re-location support is available for the right candidate. Fluency in German and existing right to work in the EU are essential; applications lacking these criteria cannot be considered.
