Lead Sales Strategist
This role focuses on driving commercial strategy and process excellence across country clusters. As Lead Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for executing key projects that ensure business growth and operational effectiveness. This includes evaluating market insights, structuring sales management activities, providing strategic guidance to sales teams, and identifying commercial challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate market and business insights to support strategic sales objectives
* Structure and prioritize multiple sales management activities and projects
* Provide strategic guidance and advisory support to sales teams
* Identify commercial and operational challenges proactively
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
* At least 5 years of experience in leading sales teams
* Extensive hands-on experience in the Commercial area within an internationally operating corporation
