Your role in our team:
* Responsibility within the commodity Cabin Interior/ Electronics for a defined cluster during the full life cycle of products (project, serial, after sales)
* Managing all purchasing activities in alignment with the commodity strategy
* Cross functional collaboration with R&D, QM, SCM in a worldwide network at different locations
* Professional preparation and independent implementation of purchasing negotiations up to the conclusion of contracts
* Supporting the achievement of Cost-Quality-Delivery goals in development projects through early integration of high-performance suppliers
* Follow up and steering of supplier performance
* Observation and analysis of supply markets
Your profile
* Completed studies, preferably in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, business administration
* Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing as well as knowledge of contract law
* Skills and experience in project management, as well as a high technical affinity for mechanical Engineering/Electrics & Electronics would be highly appreciated
* Comprehensive experience in negotiations
* Very good entrepreneurial and analytical thinking skills as well as an independent, flexible and efficient way of working
* Act confidently with internal and external management levels
* Experience in working in interdisciplinary and intercultural environments
* Very good communication and teamwork skills as well as business fluent English skills, French and German skills optional
* Confident use of MS Office and SAP
* Willingness to travel worldwide, approx. 20%
