Senior Quality Manager – Building Envelope Systems Locations: Ireland, UK & Europe (site-based, rotational) Industry: High Tech, Mission Critical, and Pharmaceutical Infrastructure Projects About the Role Crown is seeking experienced Senior Quality Managers to oversee quality assurance for building envelope systems on high-tech, mission-critical, and pharmaceutical infrastructure projects across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Multiple positions are available. You will lead the implementation of quality management systems, conduct audits and inspections, manage supplier and subcontractor compliance, and ensure projects meet regulatory and company standards. The role requires close collaboration with project teams, engineers, and senior management across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for building envelope systems Conduct site inspections and audits, monitoring quality performance Lead and support project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors on quality requirements Maintain and report quality documentation and metrics to senior management and clients Provide training and guidance on quality assurance procedures and best practices Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all projects Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality management within construction, preferably in building envelope systems Strong knowledge of high tech, mission critical, and pharmaceutical infrastructure requirements Experienced in audits, inspections, and quality documentation Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work across multiple projects and travel to project sites in Ireland, the UK, and Europe Preferred Qualifications Professional certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQM) Experience on large-scale, complex infrastructure projects Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced construction technologies Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible working arrangements Opportunity to work on high-profile international projects Clear career progression within a growing organisation Supportive working environment with a focus on professional development and wellbeing
