Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
In your role as Strategic Purchasing your main tasks will be compose - but not limited - to the below fields:
1. Act as business partner towards all related internal and external stakeholders for own area of responsibility.
2. Manage and develop supplier base, performance, relationships and
negotiations in close cooperation with the respective business lines
3. Ensure sourcing objectives and targets on Quality, Lead Times and Cost are
met in own area of responsibility
4. Create and update agreements with suppliers, maintain material/supplier master data in relevant parts
5. Lead role in contract and purchasing negotiations, secure capacity and
forecasting
6. Manage supplier performance and relationships, gather, and analyze spend
and supplier data, execute benchmarking, provide data to the relevant
functions
7. Analyze future supply demand in cooperation with the respective functions and stakeholders
8. Support non-conformity/warranty process management in escalated issues
9. Secure compliance to Supply Management processes/procedures,
strategies and agreements
10. Execute/support material/services for cost budgeting and follow-up
11. Execute/support supplier selection/rationalization process
Qualifikationen
As an ideal candidate:
12. You own a Bachelor/ Master degree (or equivalent) in relevant areas of expertise ., economics, industrial engineering or similar.
13. You are a hands-on person with min. 5 years’ experience in strategic purchasing or other relevant areas.
14. You are keen to learn and develop yourself. applying out of the box thinking.
15. You see strategic purchasing including sourcing as of the main support function securing business continuity and sustainable growth.
16. You gain experience in leading and driving project in a cross-functional team setup.
17. Sufficient business English and German.
18. Applying your experience to form and built up the strategy for own are of responsibility is your main motivation drivers.
19. Clear and transparent and trustworthy way of working.
20. You are communicating clear and straight to the point.
21. Building networks.
22. You are experienced in common SAP transactions and standard processes in procurement.
23. Willingness to travel approx. 25% mainly in EU
