Product Management Role
This position focuses on shaping product strategy, driving innovation and ensuring our portfolio meets the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute product strategies, including roadmaps, pricing and marketing mixes.
* Manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, ensuring performance and continuous improvement.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
* Drive business case development for new product ideas, fostering innovation and growth.
* Lead product launches and support sales teams with training, technical advice and marketing materials.
* Represent the company at industry events, science conferences and academic networks, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
* Masters degree in Science, Engineering, Business or a related field; PhD is a plus.
* Proven experience in product management, preferably in high-tech, materials or aerospace industries.
* Strong analytical skills, enabling effective translation of market insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across global teams.
* Fluent English language skills; German and French language skills are an advantage.
