Supplier Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global procurement organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth and improving supplier performance.
* Evaluate and qualify the global supplier network regarding scalability, cost efficiency, delivery reliability, resilience, and sustainability to support business growth strategy.
* Work on improvements with selected suppliers and align with Category Management to achieve defined development targets.
* Analyze suppliers' processes and KPIs to derive measures for improvement of processes, organization, risk management, production networks etc.
