Begleitung und Koordination von Ersatzteilaufträgen, von der Angebotserstellung über Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auslieferung bis hin zur Fakturierung
Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Service- und After Sales Aktivitäten inkl. Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
Erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen administrativen Funktion, beispielsweise im Back Office oder Projektmanagement
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP Systemen sowie Microsoft-Office Anwendungen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
