Your role will be central to the program's success, providing strategic guidance and oversight.Own the Test Plan: Lead the development and alignment of comprehensive test plans with our customers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence. You will be the go-to expert, shaping our approach and execution.Lead and Innovate: Guide and inspire our talented Validation and Certification teams to achieve on-time, on-budget success while meeting high-quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in managing budgets, resources, and risks across validation projects.Strategize and Drive Change: Lead the preparation of quotation figures and manage change requests with a strategic focus on enhancing validation and certification concepts and efforts.
