* Supplier and office services management
* Travel coordination and employee support
* Budget tracking and sustainability initiatives
* Workplace technology support and ticket management
Requirements
* Previous experience in office, workplace, facilities, or operations management
* Strong customer service mindset
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working with workplace technologies and collaboration tools
* English required, German is a plus
