Your tasks
4. Process development and scaling: You are responsible for the upscaling of processes in close cooperation with production, research and external partners.
5. Plant management: You will be responsible for the maintenance and continuous optimization of our production facilities at the Cuxhaven site in order to maximize their efficiency and performance.
6. Economic management: You will prepare detailed profitability analyses, ROI calculations and budget plans that serve as the basis for strategic investments in new or expanded facilities.
7. Quality and safety management: You will ensure compliance with our quality standards and guarantee occupational safety at the production facilities through regular inspections.
Your profile
For this position we are looking for an experienced specialist who is characterized by analytical strength and practical experience.
8. Education: You have a degree (FH) in process engineering or a comparable qualification.
9. Specialist knowledge: Knowledge in the field of solids handling or milling technology is an advantage.
10. Methodology: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Languages: You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
12. Digital skills: You are experienced in using MS Office applications.
