Close collaboration with top management (ExCom) and visibility at the highest company level. The opportunity to build and own a long-term CSRD reporting framework from the ground up. Your Role Lead the implementation of CSRD & EU Taxonomy reporting, with first go-live in 2028 (based on 2027 data). Transition into Head of CSRD Reporting, ensuring ongoing compliance, continuous improvement, and audit readiness. Work closely with ExCom and all functions (ESG, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, HSE) on a topic of high strategic importance for Xella. Establish governance, processes, and IT-supported solutions for efficient, transparent, and reliable reporting. Your Profile Proven experience in leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams. Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills. Understanding of CSRD requirements or ability to quickly build expertise (supported by ESG team). Familiarity with data management and reporting tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Fluent in English (written & spoken) and available at Xella HQ in Duisburg. We look forward to your application!
