Job Description
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by providing strategic HR guidance and support to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the overall employee experience, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify recruitment needs, oversee the selection process, and directly participate in the recruitment of senior positions.
* Employee Mobility: Manage internal mobility requests and ensure smooth transitions.
* Onboarding & Integration: Actively support and monitor new employees during their first year to ensure successful integration.
* Career Development & Talent Management: Work on career development paths, identify high-potential employees, and coordinate talent management initiatives.
* Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting, and salary review processes.
* Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, advising on HR matters, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges.
* Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
* HR Reporting: Deliver regular, insightful reports to Business Unit heads and the HR Director to support strategic decision-making.
* HR Projects: Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or equivalent;
* Approximately 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a service provider;
* Fluency in both spoken and written French and English; Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset;
* Experience in talent management, recruitment, and performance management;
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices;
* Proven ability to manage complex HR situations with rigor, discretion, and excellent communication skills;
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
