About this position
As we continue to scale across Germany and Europe, we are seeking a sales-focused and strategic Account Manager to grow our existing partner ecosystem. Unlike our expansion roles, your mission is to unlock the full potential of our current restaurant partners by ensuring they thrive with our latest technology and features.
This is a high-stakes, strategic role that requires a "customer-first" mindset balanced with a hunter’s drive for revenue growth. You will be the primary advocate for our partners, navigating high-pressure situations to prevent churn and transform satisfied customers into brand ambassadors.
Job Requirements
Your Profile | What you should bring
* Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within the gastronomy, SaaS, or food tech sectors.
* Mindset: You are deeply sales-focused but never lose your "customer-first" perspective; you thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
* Strategic Thinking: You have a proven track record of managing complex client relationships and thinking three steps ahead to prevent churn.
* Mobility: You are comfortable traveling as needed by the company to visit key partners and maintain a strong local presence.
* Linguistic Proficiency: Professional fluency in both German and English is required to manage diverse partner communications.
* Location: You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Munich or Berlin.
Job Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities | What you will do
* Strategic Upselling: Drive revenue growth by identifying partner needs and introducing them to new allO features that optimize their business operations.
* Churn Prevention: Act as a proactive problem-solver and guardian of the partner lifecycle, identifying risks early and implementing strategies to ensure long-term retention.
* Referral Management: Leverage your strong partner relationships to secure referral signings and expand the allO network through word-of-mouth.
* Strategic Feature Adoption: Develop and continuously optimize product communication and adoption strategies to ensure partners discover, adopt and consistently use relevant product features
* Relationship Management: Act as the strategic point of contact for our partners, ensuring their feedback is captured, translated into commercially grounded analysis, and directly influences the product roadmap to maximize impact. Provide customer support where needed.
* Data-Driven Growth: Maintain a keen eye on usage metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for account expansion and product enhancements.
