We’re seeking a German-speaking professional to join our Barcelona team and support a cutting-edge Digital Marketing Ads platform that helps businesses grow worldwide.
This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the German market who can work with high-potential clients, from ambitious startups to future unicorns. You’ll focus on onboarding, driving product adoption, maintaining strong relationships, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities
As an onboarding account manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and measurable campaign performance. Your responsibilities include:
* Making outbound calls to introduce and sell Google Ads solutions.
* Understanding client objectives and creating customized advertising strategies.
* Setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns for immediate and sustained results.
* Encouraging increased ad spend and upselling additional services.
* Keeping client data accurate and updated in the CRM system.
* Managing a high volume of client interactions daily.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in Marketing or Communications preferred).
* Fluent in German and English (C2 proficiency).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client-facing roles.
* Proven ability to work independently and consistently achieve results.
* Experience managing customer relationships and enhancing CRM workflows.
