Your mission
* You are responsible for the complete operative order processing.
* You are responsible for monitoring deadlines, quantities and quality.
* You are responsible for checking and comparing offers, including the administration of prices and conditions.
* You negotiate purchase prices.
* You check invoices and approve them.
* You are responsible for master data maintenance in our enterprise resource planning system.
* You create KPI reports.
* You support supplier release processes.
Your profile
* You have successfully completed training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, purchasing specialist (IHK), office management, or a comparable qualification.
* You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks.
* You have very good MS Office skills.
* You have a very good command of written and spoken German; knowledge of English is advantageous. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
* You show a thorough way of working.
* You have strong communication skills, flexibility and empathy.
