Your Tasks

1. You will systematically develop the sales area in a specific industry.
2. You will either be responsible for existing customer business or focus on acquiring new customers and building up your own customer portfolio.
3. You will identify target customers, establish contacts with decision-makers and build long-term, successful customer relationships.
4. You will increase sales of the entire SEEBURGER product range and generate qualified leads.
5. You conscientiously maintain your contacts in the CRM, recognise sales opportunities and use them to fully exploit the market potential.
6. You accompany the entire sales process - from the first contact to the successful conclusion of a contract.

Your Profile

7. You are interested in business processes and want to learn how to recognise customer needs and develop suitable solutions.
8. You enjoy sales and are enthusiastic about developing and successfully utilising your skills in communicating with customers.
9. You are actively looking for new challenges and are open to familiarising yourself with new topics and the sales area with our support, even without previous IT knowledge.
10. You have a confident manner or would like to develop this during your time with us - with our support you will strengthen your negotiating skills and initiative.
11. You are a strong communicator and open-minded or willing to further develop these skills with targeted training in order to build long-term customer relationships.
12. You remain patient and persistent, even when you grow into new and complex sales situations, and are closely supported by us.
13. You have a good command of English, which can be helpful in an international context, but is not a prerequisite.
14. You have a degree or a comparable qualification, for example a commercial apprenticeship, and would like to develop further in the sales area.
