Your Tasks
1. Product Management & Strategy: Lead the full lifecycle of Space-as-a-Service solutions, from ideation through rollout, optimization, and market analysis. (We unlock the potential of our physical locations, turning them into revenue-generating, experience-led environments with a scalable portfolio of innovative concepts)
2. Pricing & Contract Design: Develop and implement pricing strategies and contract frameworks; ensure compliance and coordinate complex cross-departmental alignments
3. International Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Manage implementation with country organizations and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
4. Internal Key Account Management: Collaborate closely with international and national Real Estate Key Accounts to drive a coherent space strategy
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define and track KPIs, monitor performance across products and countries, and prepare regular management reports
6. Budget & Resource Planning: Support budget planning and resource allocation for assigned products and projects
Your Profile
7. University degree or equivalent qualification
8. Several years of experience in product management, business development, retail business, or comparable roles with international exposure
9. Proven expertise in pricing strategies and contract design/management, ideally in retail environments
10. Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of B2B business models and real estate market dynamics
11. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (incl. at management level)
12. Strong commercial and financial acumen, results orientation, and persistence
13. Strategic and conceptual thinker with advanced project management skills and ability to work in matrix structures
14. Experience in leading (sub-)projects and collaborating with cross-functional, international teams
15. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
