Your Tasks
* Management of end-to-end delivery and continuous enhancement of Trade-In and related products, with alignment of product vision, strategy, and roadmap to business and sustainability goals
* Coordination with internal teams and external technology providers and oversight of product definition, rollout, integrations, and ongoing improvements across markets
* Leadership of international and cross-functional projects and maintenance of strong alignment with the Senior Product Manager, technical departments, and business stakeholders
* Preparation and translation of detailed business requirements into actionable specifications and supervision of implementation through IT and delivery teams
* Provision of transparent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies and delivery of regular status reports and insights to leadership and project managers to support informed decision-making and delivery accountability
* Transformation of customer and market insights into ongoing product improvements and support for alignment and shared priorities between business and technology teams
Your Profile
* University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar
* Several years of relevant experience in managing global projects, ideally in retail / service environment and Tech
* Experience in managing international and cross functional projects and people management
* Analytical skills, commercial understanding, good understanding of marked trends and innovations in the area S&S, focus on customers & results
* Project mangement skills
* Decision making, results-oriented
* Adaptability/ flexibility/ willingness to learn
* Perseverance and performance oriented
* Teamwork
