Megaforce – The Stage Company is one of Europe's leading providers of stage construction for major festivals, international tours, and large-scale events. We design and build modular and custom steel stage systems for some of the most ambitious productions in the global live entertainment industry.
As part of our international expansion into Latin America and Asia, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead major projects across Europe and overseas markets. You'll manage every phase of complex productions – from planning and logistics to on-site execution – and act as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and technical crews.
Lead complex stage construction projects in Europe, Latin America & Asia
* Take over projects after the sales phase and lead them from planning to final delivery
* Act as main contact for production managers, tour directors, stage managers, and client teams
* Build strong relationships with international clients and communicate professionally at every level
Coordinate technical, structural, and creative elements
* Collaborate closely with our internal Technical Project Managers and Engineering Department
* Manage technical changes, check feasibility, and ensure all custom-built elements meet specs
* Interface with all involved trades – lighting, sound, video/LED, rigging, infrastructure, etc
Ensure flawless logistics and crew planning
* Plan site logistics, transport, loading processes, and crew schedules
* Coordinate site teams and timelines in alignment with internal and external stakeholders
* You will be supported by a dedicated Backoffice Team that assists with crew bookings, documentation, accommodation, and logistical tasks
Own the financial performance of your project
* Track project budgets and changes
* Communicate cost impacts to clients, recalculate if necessary, and ensure profitability
* Maintain full financial oversight – from kickoff to post-event reconciliation
* Solid experience in live entertainment project management, ideally in festivals, tours, or stadium shows
* Deep understanding of how the industry works – fast, collaborative, and ever-changing
* Strong communication skills with clients, tech leads, and international partners
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans
* Very good command of English (spoken and written), German is a plus
* Willingness to travel frequently across Europe, Latin America, and Asia
