You would navigate to the right technical decisions and impactful deliveries in close collaboration with Product Management, Business Stakeholder groups and Technical Account Management

You excel at unblocking challenges and listening with empathy, showcasing caring behavior that puts others' needs first. You guide and support the team to do what they do best by making personal development plans, hosting regular 1on1s, and participating in recruitment.
