Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with consultative selling to executives, asking insightful, visionary questions, presenting future-forward proposals, and building multi-year account strategies and plans.
* Experience qualifying leads and presenting the value proposition of cloud, data, and AI technologies against customers' business opportunities and issues, and showcasing current technology trends and Google Cloud differentiators.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the AI-enabled business and technology transformation of the bank. You will be in charge of our GenAI business growth across all global business divisions and regions of the bank, liaising between business and IT stakeholders and influencing the AI strategy of the bank.

Responsibilities
* Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and business leaders across the largest German bank, influencing and shaping their AI strategy and adoption while acting as the leading GenAI advocate.
* Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive, AI-centric account plan designed to significantly increase Google Cloud's footprint and position as the leading GenAI provider, while managing the whole AI opportunity pipeline.
* Lead and manage entire sales cycles for AI-centric business opportunities, involving extensive technical, commercial, and legal agreements, taking local and global AI regulations into account.
* Work with cross-functional teams to align resources and deliver tailored, value-based solutions that meet the unique needs and specific AI setup of the globally operating largest German bank.
* Serve as the authority on Google Cloud meeting regulatory mandates, translating the EU AI Act into business advantage for the bank.
